  • VMware: Template support for VMware is now available. This template type allows you to apply VMware templates to VMware objects in your infrastructure.
  • AWS: Expanded support for selecting more than one RDS state when configuring a threshold.

Fixed

  • Monitoring policies: Fixed an issue that caused a monitoring policy ruleset to incorrectly match using the Tags datapoint. 
  • Templates: Fixed an issue that resulted to duplicate metrics whenever the Metric Override option is enabled during template application.

  • Incident Hub: Added badges to show the types of traceroutes run on incidents.  
  • Introduced dynamic unit scaling in order to represent data in the optimal unit. 
  • Templates: Improved the performance of template applications to SNMP devices.
  • Incident Hub: When viewing the details of an incident that occurred on a subtenant's account in a multi-tenant environment, the subtenant's name is now displayed on the header.

Fixed

  • Incident Hub: Fixed an issue that caused long CounterMeasure output to bleed into the second half of the incident's details page.
  • Incident Hub: Links from the Incident History tab redirect to the Incident Hub instead of the incident's details page.
  • VMware: Fixed an issue that prevented the update of the VMware OnSight after editing a VMware integration.

  • Dashboards: Kubernetes volumes can now be selected from the list of instance types to include in the Infrastructure Counter dashboard widget.
  • API: Updated the outage API endpoint to allow users to set an incident lead via PUT requests to /outage/{outage_id}/lead.
  • The incident state is now represented in incident emails via the color of the top border of the email. 

Fixed

  • Monitoring policies: Fixed an issue that causes duplicate servers when rapidly installing an Agent while a monitoring policy is processing a server in the Pending state.
  • Monitoring policies: A deleted Alert Timeline caused monitoring policies with the Set Alert Timeline action set to it to fail. Modifications were made so that a message is displayed and logged to indicate the failure.
  • Reports: The Metric Configuration Report does not include thresholds without alerts. This has been fixed by updating the logic so that all thresholds are now shown in the exported report.

  • Kubernetes: Attributes are now pulled in from Kubernetes objects when they are added to Panopta. 
  • Infrastructure Map: Performance improvements.
  • Instance Details page: The option to show a server's metadata from the Instance Details page is now available. To view the server's metadata, select the 3-dot menu from the server's Instance Details page then click View Metadata.
  • Dashboards: The Duration data point, which shows the duration of an incident, is now available in the Resolved Incident Details dashboard widget.  

Fixed

  • Control panel: Filtering a compound service metric by metric tag incorrectly pulls in template metrics.
  • Agent: Improved the handling of hanging network devices during disk metric collection.
  • HTTP check-related incidents do not clear. 
  • API: Maintenance schedule endpoints are not available.
  • Issues occur when updating the timezone of users in a subtenant account.
  • A user with an Account Admin permission is unable to delete users from their account.
  • Cloud PaaS resource types are incorrectly showing the Agent's status.
  • Dashboards: Zooming in on a Line Graph widget using the drag gesture does not work.

  • Slack: Updated the Slack integration to use multi-tenant links for multi-tenant incident alerts.

Fixed

  • The primary FQDN of servers with reused server keys does not get updated causing HTTP checks to fail. 
  • Instance Details page: When viewing multiple IP addresses on the Instance details page, commas are incorrectly added at the end of each IP address.
  • AWS: Removing filter tags does not remove the correct tag.
  • Control panel: Intermittent issues with the time selectors on the Instance Details page and Incident Hub.

  • Incident Hub: When viewing resolved incidents, event graphs, and performance graphs now default to the metric's pre-incident timeframe. 
  • Monitoring policies: The Apply Template - Computed ruleset action has been added to allow you to assign a template to instances using a combination of string interpolation and attributes. Before using the action, attributes must be set either through a ruleset step or through an Agent manifest file.   


Fixed

  • Maintenance schedules: Changing the start date of one maintenance schedule also changes the dates of other maintenance schedules.
  • Maintenance schedules: Incorrect alert timelines are being used for some maintenance schedules.
  • Dashboards: The Single Metric dashboard widget's color incorrectly changes to red even though the metric's threshold associated with the widget is not breached.
  • Onboarding: Server key field rendering issue when using Internet Explorer.
  • VMware: The metric host Space Actually Used Total shows a random name for total space used.
  • Azure: Unhandled Azure error response.
