How do I upgrade my account?

Upgrading from Free Trial:

To upgrade to a full package, log in to your control panel account at www.my.panopta.com and go to the Billing section in the control panel.

On this new page, you can fill out your payment method. You can also change your plan if you would like using the "Choose another Package" button.

Once you are done filling out your information, you can scroll down and hit the "Complete Purchase" button. Congratulations, you are now a Panopta customer!

Upgrading your paid plan:

To upgrade to a full package, log in to your control panel account at https://my.panopta.com and go to the Billing section under your user icon menu in the control panel.


Select Proceed to Payment Details to enter payment information. You will be instantly upgraded to your chosen package and can begin using the additional features.
