MSSQL network check
Direct link to topic in this publication:

Monitor your Microsoft SQL database server from multiple dimensions. Start with internal health/performance metrics using the Agent and then ensure MSSQL client connections are succeeding using a network check from an OnSight vCollector or public monitoring probe.

Control Panel Configuration

To add the network check, select MSSQL from the monitoring catalog.

Select the MSSQL port check option.

  • Network Check
  • MSSQL Port

This check will monitor whether or not the MSSQL port is available and responsive.

If you have any questions, please reach out to Panopta Support.
